The PhD project deals with Corporate Governance issues in South-East Europe.

- DEA (Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies), equivalent to M. Phil. in Single Market / Marché Intérieur 
Master Thesis supervised by Prof. Béatrice Dumont (Université Paris I Panthéon- SORBONNE and Université de Rennes I). Extended research was done in DG Competition, European Commission, Brussels in the Unit for Strategic Planning and Resources and Merger Task Force.
 
Professional Experience: 
 
As of 2008 he is Researcher at MAIN Laboratory (Management & Innovazione), Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa, Italy. During 2009/2010 he was working as VSPA (Visiting Scholar and Postdoc Affairs) at University of California, Berkeley - Haas School of Business, California, USA in the Economic Analysis and Policy Group with Prof. David I. Levine and conducted research on projects and articles dealing with Southeast Europe's economic and business issues, later presented and published at respectable conferences and peer-reviewed journals. In 2008 he attended Causal Inference and Program Evaluation course at Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (GSE), Barcelona, Spain (course held by Guido Imbens, Harvard University, Department of Economics). His experience includes the World Bank Institute, obtaining valuable Certificates: “Defining Roles for Youth and the Next Generation of Leaders”; “Competing for Sustainable Future”; “Responsible Challenges for the Oil/ Gas Sector - Framework”; “Corporate Responsibility in Asia & the Pacific” during the period of 2004/2005. Also, he is Academic Member of Euro Area Business Cycle Network (EABCN) and Academic Member at European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI).
