EDUCATION BACKGROUND

  • Since October 2011: PhD student in “Management: innovation, services and sustainability” at Sant’Anna School, Pisa (Italy).
  • July 2010: M.Sc in “Management & Controll” (110 cum laude) at the University of Pisa (Italy). Thesis: “Value for Money technique in healthcare priority setting: the hear t failure pathway in Tuscany PCTs”
  • October 2009:  Diploma at Sant’Anna School (Pisa), title “Cost and quality regional differences in healthcare: the case of U.S. and Italy”, with the grade of 100/100 cum laude - I was a pupil of the Sant’Anna School for the first and the second level degree (equivalent to BA and MA)
  • July 2008: B.Sc. in “Economics and Commerce” (110 cum laude) at University of Pisa (Italy). Thesis:  “Value creation in healthcare PCTs through new procurement models”


WORKSHOP AND SEMINARS

  • June 2009: "Evaluation tools for equity governance in UK”, Master  “MeS: Management e Sanità” II ed., a.a. 2007/2008  Sant’Anna School, Pisa.


WORK EXPERIENCE

FIELD OF INTERESTS:

  • My research interests focus on performance variability analysis and cost/benefit assessment in healthcare.
